The challenge was to elevate the Verizon Fios brand experience as more than a TV and internet utility service. A brand exploratory through direct mail was conducted to showcase the Fios brand in a premium way, placing focus on home entertainment and its ability to elevate, transform and revolutionize entertainment at home.
The work focused on how being phenomenal matters, through exclusivity, membership, influence, buzz and education, this creative exploration sought to make each touchpoint as vibrant and impactful as the fios experience.
